What a pleasure from start to finish!Your reservation emails (thanks Marco!) were extremely pleasant and helpful from the start.
However, what really matters is that THE SERVICE WAS PERFECT!
Your representative was waiting at the Venice airport with a sign with our name as we exited into the arrivals hall.
He helped us with our luggage to a clean luxury car, and drove us to the water taxi dock, where our luggage was loaded into the water taxi, and then we were off to our hotel's dock.
(How nice to bypass all of the long lines waiting to buy water bus or water taxi tickets, after a tiring overseas flight ;-)
The trip through the Grand Canal was the best possible way to arrive.
This is definitely the right way to arrive, vs. all of the struggles we watched other arriving passengers experience.
And I also want to add that all of this was half the price our hotel had quoted us.

We used your service for water taxi to our hotel in Venice. It included meeting us at the airport and a shuttle down to the docks. The van driver was there to meet us when our flight arrived, helped us with our luggage and delivered us to the docks. The water taxi ride was wonderful. We were picked up by a very nice driver. Due to too many people at the watertaxi docks we were driven by car to Piazzale Roma, which was in the end a good idea, but a little more communication from the company would have been good. Used this service in Venice, Italy. Very easy to book and driver was waiting at arrivals with a clear sign. He was very friendly and polite and brought us to water taxi.
